To guarantee the best service, Max Application has conceived and developed ACU, the new portal for the online assistance request.

Starting from March 2016, for every SafetyDrugs client, ACU will be accessible from an appropriate section in the website.

Thanks to this portal the assistance request will arrive directly to the technician, without having to pass through  the dispatch, speeding up, in this way, the resolution time.

Every client will have personal credentials with which will access the service in a safe and fast way.

To guarantee that the request has been taken in charge, it will be sent an email confirmation.

The client will be able to monitor the different phases of the work in progress and will be notified automatically when the problem will be resolved.
